We at Kukla UK have upgraded our approach to IT groupage services. We have now cut the average transit time of 4 weeks down to 2 weeks transit time for beverage logistics. In a new partnership, Kukla UK will now have two 13.6m trailers available, which will allow us to deliver between Italy and the UK.
With the recent opening of Kukla France in Calais, the process has been streamlined, opening up more opportunities and utilising key terminals and services through Calais, Domodossola in Northern Italy and Ashford in Kent via the Channel Tunnel.
The uncommon use of the trailers allows them to be used on rail services that are suited for freight containers. Once the trailer reaches the terminal, road access is available due to the nature of the trailers, reducing financial costs and risk management in the process.
