Kukla UK’s success at the London Wine Fair 2024

The London Wine Fair at Kensington Olympia has long been a cornerstone event for the global wine industry, drawing together producers, distributors and enthusiasts from around the world. This year’s one was held from 20 to 22 May 2024. Kukla UK was honoured to be exhibiting once again at this prestigious trade event at stand B37. From the moment the doors opened on the first day, our leadership team – Managing Director Steve Wood, Commercial Director Lynda Simms, Business Development Manager Chris Porter, Operations Director Chris Pryke, Kukla Customs Division Director Martin Jacobs, Commercial Manager John Hay and French Division Manager Liam Jacobs – welcomed a constant flow of visitors to our stand. Attendees were keen to learn about our service solutions, specifically designed to tackle the unique distribution and logistics challenges the wine industry faces. It was immediately apparent that there was a strong interest in our growing reputation for ‘going the extra mile’.

As the fair moved into its second day, the excitement around the Kukla UK stand continued to grow. The buzz was unmistakable, with more attendees eager to explore how our services could benefit their operations. Our team handled numerous inquiries with enthusiasm and this high level of engagement demonstrated a strong interest in Kukla UK’s offerings.

We engaged in numerous meaningful conversations about the latest market trends and how Kukla’s comprehensive suite of import and export services for cased or bulk wines, groupage or full load movements, environmentally friendly solutions and temperature-controlled logistics can meet all shipping needs. Additionally, we discussed specific and specialised value-added offerings including marine or duty insurance cover, protection from loss of profit and our dedicated beverage “white glove” specialist carriage services for high-value orders.

The final day of the London Wine Fair marked the conclusion of our highly successful participation. We significantly expanded our network, forging new relationships and initiating conversations that could undoubtedly lead to future partnerships and growth.
